Esprit Weeks are a club benefit, club dues and loan payments if applicable must be current at time of booking and travel.
Club Esprit Utilizes 3rd party providers for the weeks.
No guarantees are made for specific destinations or accommodations. Members will give desired location and will be given several destinations in desired location with multiple room types based upon availability on desired dates and location.
Typical Esprit Week accommodations are based on a studio or one bedroom condo for 7 nights.

Upgrades may be available for a larger unit or upgraded accommodations. Member pays the difference to upgrade.

All Members must be current on any payments and club dues at the time of booking and at the time of travel to utilize Esprit weeks.+ If the member in not in good standing at anytime prior to the departure date of the Esprit Week, Club Esprit May Cancel the reservation.
Members must pay a reservation fee of $199 Prior to booking of Esprit Week. This reservation fee covers taxes, cleaning fees, and other imposed fees/taxes by the resort at time of booking.
Members may only have up to two active reservations at a time. This can be 2 weeks at the same location, two rooms at the same location for 1 week or 2 separate reservations for future dates.
Members are responsible for transportation
Reservation window

Silver members have access to book 90 days in advance of desired vacation dates.
Gold members have access to book 120 days in advance of desired vacation dates.
Platinum members have access to book 270 days in advance of desired vacation dates.
Diamond members have access to book 365 days in advance of desired vacation dates.

The name of the guest that will check in for free week must be given at time of reservation. At least one member of travel must be on account as member or as a traveler.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid personal debit or credit card
Must have a valid drivers license.
Group Travel- a $350 fee for group travel, this is multiple members booking at the same time using reservation department to coordinate.
Incidentals such as long-distance calls, resort fees, parking fees, meals, air and ground transportation, deposits, and taxes are not included and are members sole responsibility.
Esprit Week reservations are final and any cancellation would be use of the designated week.
If the member makes a reservation and no shows for the reservation, then the week will be considered used and member will lose the week.
Weeks will expire 12 months after being issued on the members anniversary date.

Weeks that are available for current purchase year are available to book for 12 months.

Weeks that are not used during the 12 month window can be extended for an additional 12 months for a $199 extension fee per week. Expiring weeks can be extended for $199 for an additional 12 months. Weeks must be extended before the end of the expiration year. Discounts on extension fee apply to VIP membership levels
