This promotional certificate entitles the bearer to a 7-night resort or condominium stay for two guests at participating properties worldwide. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. Use of this certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms.

REGISTRATION & REDEMPTION
1. To activate your certificate, complete and mail the original (no photocopies) to:

2. You will receive reservation instructions by email or mail within 14 business days of receipt.
3. You must submit three (3) different preferred arrival dates. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Esprit Weeks are booked directly through Club Esprit Reservations and follow a separate reservation process and phone number from the member portal. These weeks may consist of different resort locations, availability, and accommodation types. No guarantee is made for specific dates or destinations.

ACCOMMODATIONS
5. Certificate includes seven (7) nights of accommodations for two guests at condo or resort properties.
6. Reservations will be made for a studio or one-bedroom unit. Larger accommodations or upgrades may be available for an additional cost. Accommodations are at timeshare or condominium-class properties. Specific properties and destinations are assigned by Club Esprit.
7. All-inclusive properties are excluded from the Esprit Week inventory. Resorts that require mandatory meal plans or resort fees are not available through this offer.
8. Major holiday and convention dates may have limited or no availability.
9. Accommodations are assigned at the discretion of Club Esprit and are subject to availability.
10. Club Esprit reserves the right to substitute a comparable destination or accommodation if the originally selected option becomes unavailable.

FEES & PAYMENT
11. This certificate does not include transportation, meals, transfers, entertainment, or incidental expenses.
12. A non-refundable fee of up to $299 is required to confirm your reservation. This fee covers agency costs, applicable taxes, and cleaning charges. Payment must be made by credit card, money order, or cashier’s check.
13. A valid credit card or deposit may be required by the resort upon check-in to cover incidentals.
14. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is received, no changes or reschedules are permitted.
15. Failure to appear or canceling after confirmation may result in forfeiture of the certificate and all paid fees.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS
16. Must be 21 years or older to redeem. This certificate is non-transferable and void if sold, bartered, copied, or altered.
17. Certificate may not be resold, auctioned, or distributed as part of a travel club, marketing promotion, or third-party offer without prior written authorization.
18. Certificate has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
19. Offer may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or coupon.
20. Certificate expires 12 months from issuance unless in writing by Club Esprit in its sole discretion. Expired certificates will not be honored or extended.

LEGAL & LIABILITY
21. Club Esprit is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense arising from travel or accommodations, including but not limited to weather events, strikes, illness, terrorism, or government orders.
22. Recipient is solely responsible for all federal, state, or local taxes incurred as a result of redeeming this promotional offer.
23. Any attempt to redeem this certificate using false information or fraudulent means will result in cancellation without refund and may be subject to prosecution.
24. Force Majeure: Club Esprit shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, war, or government restrictions.

GOVERNING LAW
25. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
26. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement. No verbal or other representations will be honored unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Club Esprit.
